I had the pleasure to share my musical ability, profound knowledge, and my experience of Piano Performance and of the Music Educator (Carl Orff Approach) with many students. My vast teaching experience at many different schools and institutions for all age groups has allowed me to become a leading professional educator.I also prepared many of my students for rigorous entrance exams for some of the top schools in the US and Europe.I have learned through my training and experience and developed an approach that enables me to respond to the needs of each individual student.The traditional approach to music study integrates note reading and playing with a customized repertoire based on the student’s needs and interests.

Agnes Kubeczko is a Polish-born pianist and teacher. Agnes is an established professional art educator, specializing in Piano Performance and Pedagogy, (both the Classical Music and Jazz approach) and the Orff Approach of music education.In recognition of her outstanding skill and piano performance, Agnes was awarded scholarships to study in Vienna and Zurich under Alexander Jenner and Rudolf Buchbinder.Agnes has been fascinated with the logic of Bach and painterly expressions of such great impressionist composers as Debussy or Szymanowski.

Agnes was awarded with a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance at the Academy of Music, Krakow, Poland.The university has an outstanding international reputation due to the high level of musical instruction offered and the fine reputation of the faculty who are all highly respected performers and educators. She studied with national and internationally renowned professors who instruct classes and workshops throughout the world.In addition to her Piano Performance education, which she received in Krakow, to become fully qualified Music Educator, Agnes was enrolled in the teacher-training program at the Frederik Chopin Academy of Music, Warsaw, Poland, where she completed extensive studies in Pedagogy, Psychology and the Piano Pedagogy with nationally and internationally renowned professors of the Music Pedagogy.

Agnes is a singing-pianist with over 25+ years of experience.

When she came to New York City in 2003, she discovered jazz, which was like the New World’s version of the Old World’s modernist music she studied in Europe.Jazz quickly became a passion, which Agnes still pursues today through her study of piano standards and singing.
